Calore Gorges – Felitto e Roscigno Vecchia (SA)
Our photographic excursion is the best way to visit and discover the spectacular scenery of the Calore Gorges created by the Calore river over the time. It originates from the Cervati Mount and flows in the heart of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park. It meets the Sele river at about 8 km from the sea of Paestum, it is 62 km long and it crosses many gorges of outstanding beauty.
Just a few kilometres from the Gorges, you will reach the abandoned village of Roscigno Vecchio where you will be fascinated by the magic of the rural landcape.
SOME ADVICE
Recommended equipment: comfortable clothes, hiking boots, anorak, water and packed lunch.
Bring with you: camera with lens, field glasses, smartphone or other recording devices. In real time you can share with your friends the beauty of the places visited.
